Shipping and Delivery
We will ship all products following the guidelines below.
RedDragonKratom.com will ship all of our products via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Red Dragon Kratom staff will do our best to get all orders placed before 3pm EST out same day, to the address provided. This cutoff limit is imposed on us by USPS and UPS. We cannot guarantee same day shipment or next day delivery on orders placed after the cutoff. Orders can take 24 to 48 hours to ship. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays and Sundays. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 930am-6pm, Saturday 930am-5pm EST. We are closed on holidays.
UPS does NOT ship to P.O. Box – “We suggest using UPS to ensure on time deliveries, as USPS tends to vary on delivery times.

All orders qualify for FREE USPS First Class shipping on all orders and FREE USPS Priority Mail on order over $200 .
All orders are packaged and sealed using adhesive strips, in safety bubble wrap to reduce the chances of the order being damaged, and to tell if the package has been tampered with. We ship our product in securely labeled, airtight, resealable packaging to preserve freshness.
Missing or Damaged Items
Each order is carefully packaged and checked multiple times for accuracy. However, if your order is damaged or missing an item please contact us directly so we can address the issue.
We take chargebacks very seriously and will consider chargeback items as potentially fraudulent. Chargebacks shall be pursued to the full extent of law, and will subject the customer to being placed on the permanent no sell list.
Your order is discreetly shipped in a plain, unmarked package with the address of Ringer Online, Inc. as the return address. Nowhere on the exterior of the package will it say what you purchased.
Red Dragon Kratom Does Not Ship To The Following States, Cities And Counties In The US Where Kratom Is Banned: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin. Sarasota County, Union County, Denver, San Diego, Jerseyville IL, Oceanside CA, Ontario OR. Shipments Cannot Be Executed To: Australia, Burma, Denmark, Finland, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, Myanmar, Poland, Romania, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, Vietnam.
Any attempt to circumvent safeguards in place or have a product shipped to these locations is a violation of our Terms & Conditions. We do not ship any products internationally.
Tracking and Confirmation
Tracking numbers are provided with all orders, and we will keep you up to date on your shipment with email updates. We email you a tracking number to confirm that your order has been shipped so you can track the delivery of your package. Packages can be tracked at www.USPS.com or www.UPS.com depending on the shipping method you chose. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available online. Do not be alarmed if your shipment does not show up in tracking for 24-48 hrs, until it hits the first USPS / UPS distribution center, or until the day it is delivered. Many times the shipment does not show up in tracking until it reaches its city of destination.
Priority Mail “tracking” is better called delivery confirmation because by the time the USPS system updates in the system it has already been delivered or close to being delivered. If tracking is very important to you please request Priority Express mail or UPS.
The Postal Service updates tracking and we can not speed up that process.

Red Dragon Kratom strives to ensure that all our customers receive their packages as expeditiously as possible. Priority Mail Express Shipments are not guaranteed to arrive overnight; it is a guaranteed 1-2 day business day service. USPS Does not Guarantee delivery times. Please refer to USPS’s FAQ page to view their policies on delivery time: http://faq.usps.com/ . UPS with ‘Saturday Delivery’ must be selected if you are wanting a weekend delivery, otherwise your order will be delivered next-business day.
USPS Priority usually takes 2-4 days, not including Sundays and holidays.
we guarantee delivery of package, as long as the complete, correct address has been provided. We do NOT guarantee shipping times for orders shipped via USPS Priority.
These time frames do not include order fulfillment time of 24hrs. All products will be shipped within 48hrs of receipt.
The customer must add signature tracking to their order in case of USPS errors. Adding this feature to your order will protect you in case your product shows “delivered” and you did not receive it. We will not reship products if it says “delivered” and do not have signature tracking activated on their order. If the customer’s product does not arrive, and they have
selected “signature tracking”, the customer is always responsible to file a claim to ensure an expedited reship process in any circumstance.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide a correct address and be available for delivery. Incorrect shipping address during order placement can result in the delay of your order being received.
We will gladly reship any order that did not arrive at its intended destination. For an additional shipping fee, we will reship orders that were not delivered successfully, due to an incomplete or wrong address, provided that the original package is returned to us unopened. The Red Dragon Kratom is not responsible for orders shipped to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the Customer.
Any incorrectly filled items must be returned unopened to Red Dragon Kratom, 3915 Broadway, Unit 1, Fort Myers, Fl 33901 and we will reship the correct item to you once the package has been received.
If the package is returned to us, and the order is found to be correctly filled according to the order invoice, we will reship the said package to you at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is lost in transit due to a USPS error, a replacement order will immediately be sent out.
Red Dragon Kratom can only guarantee shipping from our facility.
We guarantee the order will be shipped to the address we are given. If UPS or USPS shows it is delivered to the address we are given, from that point we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once your order leaves our facility, we can no longer be held responsible for its destination and arrival time. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you in ensuring your package arrives successfully.
