Under the circumstance of a refund or exchange, we will offer refunds and exchanges for transactions processed on our website under strict conditions, on a case by case basis. reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return on questionable products upon inspection of returned merchandise. Please allow (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

If the product is unopened and untampered with in its original condition and packaging, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order in order to qualify for a return or exchange. We will be happy to exchange your product, issue a full refund, or provide a store credit, once has inspected and received the return package with a copy of your order  confirmation email enclosed. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. reserves the right to decline a return or exchange.

If you are approved, then if you requested a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and typically takes 5-7 business days to show up on your statement. It may take longer for your refund to post by your credit card company. If you   ordered via Cash on Delivery, we can mail a check to your address for a full refund. cannot accept a return or exchange of merchandise with more than 50% of the product gone. This goes for all products.

In the case of a full refund or   exchange, we request that you return the Kratom product whether the packaging is   open or unopened. Regarding the returns and exchanges of opened and  tampered   Kratom packaging, RedDragonKratom will only accept returns and exchanges on 50   capsule packages and 30 gram powder packages. For larger sizes, exceptions will be   made for defective or damaged products.

As we offer free shipping on purchases, is not liable for shipping charges in the circumstance of a refund. All shipping charges will be deducted from the total cost of the refund. RedDragon Kratom does assume the responsibility for shipping costs on product exchanges when shipped to the customer.
